The world is facing unprecedented challenges – social, economic, spiritual and geographical. To tackle these we need a new kind of leader – men and women who are not afraid to think differently and who understand that they don't have to have all the answers to make a powerful impact.

The limits of traditional leadership have been exposed. In times of uncertainty we need leaders who can move beyond the rational, who are curious, who recognise possibilities & above all, who are able to act. The LEP challenges the dominant & usually unconscious reliance on linear ways of seeing the world, giving delegates a new lens through which to view challenges.
